Thunder

Thunder is one of the ship’s seaman’s divisions.

Thunder division is named after HMCS Thunder, one of a series of Bay class minesweepers commissioned for the RCN in the 1950s. Before the RCN took the name Thunder for three different minesweepers, the Royal Navy used it for a series of 10 bomb vessels in the 19th century.
